Paying
Paid before term starts by PromptPay, transfer or card — two instalments available for terms over ฿10,000.
A 30-minute trial & placement for ฿500 — deducted when you enrol.

Absences & make-ups
Private: 24 hours' notice gives one make-up per term · Group: join another class at the same level instead.

If a teacher is away
We arrange a substitute or a full make-up lesson.

Withdrawing
Give two weeks' notice before next term. Paid fees are non-refundable after week 2.

Drop-off & pick-up
Students under 12 leave only with adults named on the enrolment form.

Performances & photos
Performing is optional. Photos and video are published only with separate parental consent.
